Copying & pasting of scenes in the studio

Since a couple of weeks the 1.4.1 version of the studio offers the possibility to copy complete scenes and paste these in a different location of the studio (different scene). This feature is quite helpful if you put a lot of effort in the exact positioning and configuration (alpha, color, key...) of different elements in a specific scene and now you want to adjust small parts in the setup of a different scene without repeating the whole positioning and configuration process.

The handling is rather simple. If you move your mouse to the scene you want to copy, you can open a dialog field using the right mouse button in which you can copy or cut the selected scene including all its elements. After selecting your scene you can now change to the scene or scene setup in which you want to insert the previously selected content. You can insert the selected scene using the right mouse button. All settings and elements of the selected scene are transferred to the last pixel.

Of course you may as well use the usual key combination (CTRL+X/C/V) for copying and pasting. Especially for a professional use, where you often just need to change small details in an arranged scene, this function offers a clear facilitation of the studio handling.

So go ahead and enjoy duplicating ;)

Hey, John! If you still have troubles with finding 1.4.1 version of the studio, you may find it here. Anyway, the website is still working, I do not know why you can't open it from your side.
